~By winning the NFC North division again, the Packers will be rewarded with another tough first-place schedule next season. In addition to the standard six games against the division, the Packers will welcome Matt Ryan and the Falcons to Lambeau, as well as RG3 and his Washington Redskins. Big Ben and the Steelers (and a lot of their fans) will pay a rare visit to Green Bay, as will the other Pennsylvania team the Eagles. Philly will be under a new coach as Andy Reid was just fired. The fifth new visitor to Lambeau will be the Cleveland Browns.

The road trips will take the Packers to the house or Ray, as they play at the Baltimore Ravens and Ray Rice and Ray Lewis. The Packers also go to the other playoff team from the AFC North, the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Packers will return to the site of their Super Bowl XLV victory, Dallas, for an America’s Team showdown at the Cowboys. Once again, the Packers will play the Giants, in New York. It seems these two teams play every single year at least once, whereas Rodgers has never played a game against Tom Brady still.

The Packers opened the 2012 season against the San Francisco 49ers. They will also face the 49ers sometime in the 2013 season, and hopefully for Packer fans, in the 2012-13 season playoffs.

The final road game for the Packers will be Rodgers first game at San Francisco. In a regular season. If the Packers beat the Vikings this week in the playoff game, they will go to San Francisco for the NFC Divisional game. For Packer Nation, they are hoping that the 2013 road game in San Fran is a “revenge game” for 49er fans.

Times and dates of the games will not be revealed until around April sometime, usually. There appear to be seven solid bets for prime time targets by NBC, ESPN, and the NFL Network, in addition to the division rivalry games with Minnesota and Chicago.

The Packers’ opponents for 2013 are as follows:

  • HOME: Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Redskins
Bears Lions Vikings Atlanta Falcons Cleveland Browns Philadelphia Eagles Pittsburgh Steelers Washington Redskins
  • AWAY: Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers
Bears Lions Vikings Baltimore Ravens Cincinnati Bengals Dallas CowboysGiants San Francisco 49ers
